This year’s event will fuse tradition and innovation, bringing guests a new experience while continuing the long tradition of celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month through the recognition of those whose contributions have made an IMPACT on our community.

Oscar “El Tico” Monterroso is the Co-Owner, Founder and El Jéfe of Tico Productions, LLC a full-service, multi-cultural, multi-media production company located in the Westside of Kansas City, Missouri. In 2016 Oscar and his wife founded Tico Sports, and the company became the official Spanish broadcaster for the Kansas City Chiefs and 4 more NFL teams and college including KU, K-State, Nebraska and UMKC. The event will allow guests to sample a delicious range of tastes and sips from local purveyors with food and beverage stations set up throughout the event space. Enjoy live music and entertainment with a Latin flair, while raising a glass to the night’s honorees.
